    Wichita?
I thought I remember reading that some smaller town in Kansas (Hays, maybe) is the windiest spot.

And for the other one, Washington, D.C.?
    Little political humor there.

    1. Boston 12.3 average
    2. Oklahoma City 12.2 average
    3. Buffalo 11.8 average

Buffalo is also a rare city on the East Coast in that the sun sets over water.

Which president outlived four of his immediate successors…..and lived to see more men inaugurated as POTUS after he left office (8) than any other POTUS?

In 1968, a 19-year-old man scheduled to testify as a character witness was arrested and charged with disturbing the peace while he waited to testify in the hallway of the Los Angeles courthouse. He was wearing a jacket embroidered with what three-word phrase?

Carter has lived to see 8 inaugurated (Ford, Reagan, Bush Sr, Clinton, Bush Jr, Obama, Trump, Biden), but only outlived three (Ford, Reagan, Bush Sr)

EDIT: I looked up the answer. I should have thought about presidents who didn't finish out their terms. Clever.

Ford was inaugurated before Carter though.

G_D you're right. I'm turning in my history teacher's credential. Damn, and I'm sitting right next to a poster with the presidents too. Carry on citizens.

By the way, like I edited above, the answer is devious. I tip my cap.
