If San Francisco had October weather more than one month a year, I'd spend the hundreds of millions of dollars required to own anything larger than a half-bath studio there.

I don't know if he's a great bunter or not. But is shows how a basic skill can lead to an easy base hit. And that was a superb bunt.

His average with 2 strikes is probably about .120, with not many homers. He could hit .400 in that situation just by bunting, if he fouls it off, big deal, he was probably going to strike out anyways but he could probably get it down 4 times out of 10.

Was looking back at Baltimore's 2021 schedule. They played the Nationals and Twins in back-to-back series. Had that also included the Rangers, that would have been all of Washington's past and current franchises in a row.

Blue Jays and Mariners are huge Tampa Bay fans today, and are getting their wishes. Bombers losing by 10. There's still a chance for a four-way playoff for the two wild card spots.

One of the great Orioles ever. And, yes, that means something.

Still a chance for a four-way tie. Rays should embrace this because it screws up competitors.
One prerequisite is for the Washington Baseball Team to show a pulse.

Mariners must be kicking themselves. Lost to the Angels, 2-1, last night. Got a leadoff triple in the 7th and a leadoff double in the 9th and didn't score. Game went long enough that I missed half of the season premiere of "Blue Bloods."

    Nothing going on in DC.
Washington Baseball Team is doing the Mariners and Jays no favors. They lost interest weeks ago.
Funny how that team can fold less than 2 years after winning the Series and face no national baseball media angst.
