Today in cops gone feral

    I'm always amazed at the lack of repercussions for officers who clearly go "over the line" (like above) in their use of force. If a cop can kill someone and be cleared if he or she says "I feared for my life or the life of others" - how do they get away with punching someone, kicking someone when it is very clear there was no physical threat?
