What an insufferable prick. He wasn't spiking the football after the Arkansas game.

Donald Trump has never been charged with a criminal offense.

If I see one more allusion to Trump being in legal jeopardy, I might puke. Ditto for the release of his taxes. I've been hearing about this crud for six years.

Yeah that big vacation where he left the White House at 7:30 p.m. Friday to go to Delaware and he'll be back at the White House Monday morning. What paradise he was able to enjoy for maybe 53 hours

Truly is amazing how outraged the GOP is whenever a Democratic President leaves the White House "with the world in crisis" and never once had a problem with Trump's record-setting (according to Mark Knoller) golf outings over four years.

Trump falsely claims he golfs less than Obama during 276th golf outing

And just to be clear - this idea that a President needs to be at the desk 24/7 is ridiculous regardless of what party has the White House.

I agree. And what makes it more ridiculous is when a member of Congress criticizes a President for time off -- themselves a member of a body that takes a month off every three months.

McConnell flips out over Schumer "hysterics" but will meekly accept this:

This is where it would be better if Schumer wasn’t such an institutionalist. Send out a statement about how childish Mitch is being.

In cities across America, police departments are getting their money back. From New York to Los Angeles, departments that saw their funding targeted amid nationwide protests over the killing of George Floyd last year have watched as local leaders voted for increases in police spending, with an additional $200 million allocated to the New York Police Department and a 3 percent boost given to the Los Angeles force.

The abrupt reversals have come in response to rising levels of crime in major cities last year, the exodus of officers from departments large and small and political pressures. After slashing police spending last year, Austin restored the department’s budget and raised it to new heights. In Burlington, Vt., the city that Senator Bernie Sanders once led as mayor went from cutting its police budget to approving $10,000 bonuses for officers to stay on the job.

A Year After ‘Defund’, Police Departments Get Their Money Back

It’s almost as if the DEFUND movement was just a bunch of smart criminals who wanted police to leave them alone to their criminal ways.
