The person on the far right podium had the most nervous game I've ever seen on Tuesday. And mumbled. The person's 'story' was that the person had some sort of zygote condition. It was bizarre.

It was. Terrible contestant and not because of the zygote condition.

 

I could only think of all the contestants who try so hard to get on the show.

 

I could only think of the contestant screener who, over the course of thirty minutes, realized it was their last day.

 

They explained that zygote condition, but they clearly had something else going on too. I think in the past, Jeopardy has had contestants with learning disabilities on, but they don't really focus or spotlight it. I thought maybe they had a hearing problem, because it seemed like they were trying to answer as soon as they could, like they couldn't hear Miyam.

They talk about a couple in this Reddit thread. Also, given how much last night's contestant struggled, I imagine there will be a news piece on them at some point. (Haven't had a chance to search for it myself.)

 

They had one guy on who not only was blind, he didn't have any eyes.
