My daughter flew this weekend, though not Southwest. But she experienced the lengthy delays both days she traveled. Something that got very little attention, there's a staffing shortage in Jacksonville air control. Jacksonville controls the air for 4 or 5 southern states. There were massive delays in and out of Florida because of that. And one of the days there was also bad weather.
