There are still drive-through daiquiri places here in God's country (I would assume one could get margaritas, etc., at such places, too) ... as I understand it, however, the cups are sealed so if you get caught tippling on the ride home, it's on you.

Me? I've never availed myself of such conveniences ... never had the need.

Or the opportunity, right? If you can’t consume shortly after purchase — ie while driving — the benefits of having a frozen drink tend to disappear.

 

I drink beer at least 350 days out of a year. I like beer.
You will often find a loaded cooler in my truck and perhaps a few empty cans in the bed.
The line I have never crossed is drinking one while driving on a public road. Passenger seat, yep. Behind the wheel, nope.

Five hours out from receiving the Pfizer booster and ... not much to report. Arm isn't even very sore and I went for a lift after the shot this afternoon. Hope it stays this way.

I got a Pfizer this morning as a booster to my J&J from March. At this point, I’ll take a Moderna and Astra Zeneca and whatever else to help end this pandemic.
