The thing that I hate the most is that we have to know or care who is governor of another state.

Democrats need to have a better message than, "at least we're not them." Because, for countless middle Murrica goobers, that's not enough.

Six months from now, it would be a good test for the whole board if we were forced to answer the question "Who is the Governor of Virginia?" Youngkin's a dope if he makes any big news. After all, his big campaign promise, "I will stop the teaching of something that's not being taught" ought to be pretty easy to achieve.

When his crew doesn't certify the 2024 election, you will know his name.

You know the conservatives are voting come hell or high water. But there are enough Democrats in Virginia to overcome them if they actually get out and vote. Ultimately we can’t want it for them more than they want it for themselves.

Can't blame turnout. Record vote. But when white people feel their supremacy is threatened, they will come out to assert it no matter what. Look, white racism is and always will be the most powerful force in American politics. That'll never change.

McAuliffe ran a charmin soft, pussy ass campaign and deserved what he got. Won't affect my daily life and will actually probably help my bottom line. But I'm not a woman, so what do I know?

In 1993 and 2009, if the Dems would have run just a *tick more to the center, they probably avoid losing the House 1994 and 2010.

Biden has his bills, with fancy names, called "infrastructure" but really with social spending within.

I think people, in 2021, have a natural bent to be left-of-center. I've accepted that, myself, as a right-of-center guy. That's cool. Dems just need to run as "left-of-center" and they should win every major election for a long time. Just gain five yards a play. No need to try and throw for chunk yardage on every down.

Voters/Americans don't notice when they're getting soaked... slowly. They do when it's wrapped in massive spending bills.

Looks like Dems will lose New Jersey, too. That's a real upset.

Yeah, that's real alarm bells more than Virginia.

    Belay my last.
What I hate most is that my wife is turned up to 11 about the GOP, and I'd just like to enjoy the World Series.
