“Oh, I’m sorry, sir. We gave you the Fizer vaccine accidentally. You now can defend former Iowa State legend Marcus Fizer in the post.”

A lot of people could defend Fizer. Sucked out loud in the NBA.

That's kind of remarkable that Alabama defines 18-year-olds as children. Perhaps even more absurd is that Mississippi (21) and Nebraska (19) also fail to recognize 18 as adulthood.
Rather strange that the fedruhl Constitution says 18-year-olds can vote, but three states somehow get away with ignoring the spirit of that principle.

They don't. Read it again. Children over fourteen are able to make their own medical decisions, by law. They passed an exception to that law, saying that it did not apply with regard to decisions regarding the Covid vaccine.

You wanna see some pissed off parents? Have them bring in their kid, dragged by the ear, to get drug screened. The results come back, and by law, the only one who can get them is the kid if they are over 14. Parents go apeshit, but if I can't hand that envelope to the kid, they can't have it. I'm not getting caught up in the law. Come back with your kid, I give it to them, then you take it away from them, but I'm not giving it direct to the parent. That's straight from corporate.
