So a 16-year old can have sex with the pharmacist and it's fine and dandy but it's against the law to receive a shot from them. Some great priorities there.

Actually I think they can make this one stick. If they made the law to give 14-year-olds medical autonomy, they can amend it. I’m not aware of any federal law superseding here.
