Its weird to me that your two main events — Reigns/E and Lynch/Flair - both have good stories that arent tied to brand supremacy or the stupid GMs.

And they go and pseudo build them last night and muddy the waters with Owens Rollins Liv Morgan and whatever else.

I wonder why Reigns wasn’t on Raw, like are they afraid to pop a rating and then have USA demand an end to the split? Would Fox be mad? Are they afraid he doesn’t pop a rating and then looks less than?

All the building blocks are there for Reigns/E to be great, they’ve done it perfectly with Bloodline/New Day on Friday’s, and they just fumble the ball on the 10 yard line last night

That's a good idea - have the GM of the show offer it as a carrot for actually winning brand matches. It's certainly better than the status quo, where we're to believe that any of these guys give a shit about whether they're Team Raw or Team Smackdown. (They could run Main Roster vs. NXT stuff, but not with the current roster.)

 

So I'm a few days late with the AEW PPV, but I thought paying off a two-year storyline for Page was pretty cool. I'm also intrigued by that little nod he got from the Young Bucks right before he finished Omega.

 

Word is Kenny's body has been torn up to pieces, but he was insistent on finishing up the long-haul angle with Page before taking time off.
