    • Von Rittenhaus jury out 2 1/2 days already. Can’t say they were all swing one way or another by the judge or the attorneys. Except That the initial aggressor, Von Rittenhaus should not be entitled to self defense instruction. And you can’t use deadly force in a non-deadly force situation.

Who are the proper authorities for a judge to contact about a journalist who was driving a car?
    I'm really suspicious.

A day ago, the judge criticized the media coverage of him.

Then, someone from MSNBC gets pulled over by cops, and if you believe the reports, was brought into custody. ... over a traffic violation?

And then the judge bans the network from the courtroom.

If there is any evidence that the journalist tried to contact any of the jurors in violation of a court order, the judge would have found the person in contempt.

    But that didn't happen.

It smells a little fishy, like him creating a pretext to ban the network from his courtroom.

Next of FoxNews. When is it ever going to be White Friday? Why do blacks get a shopping day and not the Whites?

This is an actual billboard. At least it was for a few hours until someone actually read it, and the city issued a statement.

Interesting how quickly cryptofascist Twitter locked on to the idea that this was meant to be a 'doxxing' of Rittenhouse jurors.

Presumably because that's the kind of thing James O'Keefe might do, all of journalism being a black bag disinformation operation, obvs.

Gotta admit, I’ve not been paying much attention to Kenosha, but if we’re praising Rittenhouse for taking care of the chaos tourists, would we be praising a cop who took out Rittenhouse? Given how the right has fed erroneous stories about Babbitt’s shooter, I’m guessing not.
