You can’t keep yelling “I hope your child dies.”

"Well, she was very angry. Many people were. It's common sense. If you don't like the outcome of a contest you use violence and threats to get it the way you want, especially if there was theft involved, you gotta fight."--DJT

I am definitely not the right generation for the times. I saw LBJ and immediately thought of Lyndon Baines Johnson.

I'm not saying the fans weren't assholes. But LeBron bitches to the officials about their language and identifies by telling the refs they're "right fucking here."

Completely random threadjack. My mother, bless her heart, spent decades swearing at cameras because she never seemed to be able to get the things to work correctly. "Smile" was almost always followed by "Oh, damn!" This happened pretty much from 1958 until the invention of the Mom-proof smartphone -- which she still can't make work sometimes.

So Mom loves to tell the story of me as a first grader at a Houston elementary school -- at the height of LBJ's presidency in 1965 -- coloring a picture of the beloved Texan completely in black crayon. When the horrified teacher -- thinking I was making a civil rights statement or had evil, Communist tendencies -- asked me why I decided LBJ should be that color, I said, "Because the flash didn't go off."

    (Smart ass even then.)
