To tell us that somebody paid off Spence to claim he had a detached retina (haven't heard of that since Leonard) and pull out or he was going to take a dive to open up a Pac-Fury fight or some other bullshit.

Fury vs Wilder 3 is tonight.

Since the last fight, I've social media post from Wilder fans claiming Fury tampered with his gloves or some nonsense like that.

I never knew Wilder had such a strong, loyal fan base. Is he really that popular?

Amazing, brutal fight with a lot of drama.

Wilder had to be more aggressive (he was), had to come in with a game plan (he did and it was surprisingly decent) and he had to get Fury out of there in 6 or less (almost, not quite). Once Fury could really lean on him and use that size advantage, Wilder wore down.

Fury's next fight is a mandatory against Dillan Whyte, should be ok.

Wilder might be done, can't imagine him being the same after these fights, but if he and Anthony Joshua tangled up I think there is still money to be made from that fight. Be a fun matchup of a power guy with amazing heart and limited skill against a skilled, athletic heavyweight that lacks heart and toughness.

I'm kicking myself for missing it. I'm spending the weekend at my girlfriend's and we couldn't afford to order it.

I watched Crawford vs Porter last night. I don't order pay per views as often as I once did, but I'm glad I did. It was very competitive with a high skill level from both guys. Porter did well early, but you could see things starting to go Crawford's way the last few rounds. Nobody ever stopped Porter until now.

It was a little weird seeing Kenny Porter calling out his son for not training properly. He looked good to me. Crawford was just better.

I saw a Tweet this morning that said Porter announced his retirement. I hope he stays retired. He's a bright guy who can do a lot of things outside the ring. The way he fights can take a toll, however.

A huge upset tonight with George Kambosos, Jr. winning a split decision against Teofimo Lopez. Kambosos dropped Lopez in the first. Lopez scored a knockdown in the 10th. Both fighters cut. Kambosos did a nice job in the last two rounds to win.

The real upset was back when Lopez beat Lomachenko.

This was a regression to the mean.

Rusty, overconfident and overhyped, it was actually pretty easy to predict an underperformance by Teofimo Lopez.

We'll see who he really is when the Kambosos rematch comes around.

He also knocked out Richard Comey. He had a great game plan against Lomachenko and he outboxed the best boxer in the sport.

I saw Kambosos a few years ago at Foxwoods when he was a featherweight. I thought he was really good but I wasn't sure where he'd fit in a loaded weight class.

Caught up to Saturday night's Loma-Commey fight. No way was this the same Loma that slept through the first half of the Lopez fight, this was an absolute masterclass in movement, angles and combination punching. Commey is a damn good fighter but at times looked completely befuddled, one minute Loma was there and the next he was gone, he wasn't running, he was right there all the time and he was unleashing precise combinations for 12 rounds. Willie Pep was way before my time but I'm not sure I have ever seen a fighter who could move like that, still be in position to hit the other guy and not get hit.
