Yeah, I'm not impressed. Asking someone if they remember something that's less-than-pretty allows for an escape. Just ask him if he's changing his driving habits.

Ask him if he's changed his dating habits.

It's funny. It's not really overwritten, but it's completely overwrought.

    Very portentous.

A golf writer so young he's never known golf without Tiger Woods in it.

Poor guy needs an edit, a Nicklaus biography and a copy of Hogan's Five Lessons.

The opening paragraphs of scene-setting the press conference were way too much. Yesterday didn't rank anywhere near the top of the most intriguing press conferences/live statements that Tiger has had, but golf.com sent a writer there, so he blew it out.

Maybe a major on the Champions Tour.

I'm as old school as it gets and I thought the article was fine.

I don't think he plays the Old Farts Tour.

Yeah, a little long, but overall, it’s a pretty good story to come out of a Tiger Woods press conference.

He will try to play. It likely won't go well. He'll be Ryder Cup captain whenever he wants. There are many options for him in the golf world beyond tourney play. He'll have his pick (how long would Azinger, or even Faldo last if Tiger's willing to do their jobs?). What he will wind up picking, or even if he'll pick anything, I have no idea.
