Thanks for posting. Enjoyed the story. FWIW, the late Tom Goode was head coach at East Mississippi for quite a few years. Was the deep-snapper on Jim O'Brien's game-winning field goal in Super Bowl V.

 

Herschel Nissenson's 2001 book Tales from College Football might give you some ideas, tips. Pretty neat book.
