I was told government intervention in private business was bad.

I don’t support, for one second, some phony Americanism bill. The way American history was taught 20 minutes ago is fine. No sudden restrictions needed.

 

That bill should also be known as the "Whatabout Brazilian slavery?" bill.

 

I heard on the radio that Empress Khamalla went to Europe to buy pot.

Story quotes a doctor as saying Conley had a duty to warn and that he should have disclosed the positive test. That would have compelled the AMA to revoke his license, right? Then what?
Curious what the AMA thinks about this.

I have no idea how they rule on it, but doctors are routinely required to report positive tests for infectious diseases like TB, STD's, measles. Same with reporting someone who has a seizure to the DMV. Given that we're talking about endangering a candidate for president, special circumstances might apply. Certainly Conley would not have been out of line to inquire about whether it should require special precautions, or to ask if the event should be allowed to go forward instead of concealing a positive result.

Wait. What? I thought death threats by members of Congress against members of Congress (who aren't Republican) was SOP. You mean there's a double standard when the target's on your back?
