I'm not sure it is that big of a surprise, though it is still possible that it is misdirection like the clues that led to all the Mephisto rumors with WandaVision.

Are we ever gonna see Fin Fang Foom or is Shang Chi as close as we’re gonna get?

Pretty sure Uncle is that character. I’d go so far as to say I think it’s the same actor because it sounded just like him.

And, given that other news from Feige, it would make sense.

Nice! That show was especially well done, and I'm glad Feige recognized that. Have to think that Vincent is back as Kingpin, too, and I wouldn't mind the other cast members resurfacing in various forms. Ritter as Jessica Jones would also be welcome in the MCU to me. Didn't see enough of Iron Fist or Luke Cage to have an opinion on those shows and characters, though.

I'm betting he shows up as Matt Murdoch in No Way Home. Probably not as Daredevil, though.

I've heard that from others as well. I kind of rolled my eyes at the Mephisto rumors during WandaVision, but I'm actually going to be very disappointed if we don't see that actor reprise that role in Hawkeye.

When I heard his voice, I immediately chuckled a little to myself because I was so convinced it was him. My wife had no idea what I was talking about.

I don’t read much about this stuff until I’ve seen the film or watched the whole series because I really try to enjoy it for what it is, not what it could be or what fans want it to be. But that voice really stuck out to me and made me hope it is who I think it is.

Luke Cage was okay, but the show and the character declined fairly quickly. I'd be fine with them recasting the role if they bring the character to the MCU. I don't think anybody wants to see Finn Jones as Iron Fist any more. He looks the part, but he was always a terrible fit.

I would like to see the others you mentioned along with bringing Jon Bernthal back as The Punisher. It's just too bad they couldn't do that for No Way Home, but I imagine the movie is overstuffed with antagonists as it is.

Saw something from Bernthal the other day saying that he won’t do an MCU version of Frank Castle if they insist on a “light” version of him. Marvel has certainly leaned into a lighthearted and fun style in their films, so if Bernthal is to return, they’d have make a pretty significant stylistic shift.

Would it kill them to show they have that club in their bag? Just don’t put it on Disney+.

I mean, they kind of get crapped on for including some lightness in their films and shows, but I think plenty of them are dark enough, content-wise. It's not like Loki was all happiness, and ultimately, while Endgame undoes some of Infinity War, there's still plenty of bad shit that happens. The Netflix shows, and most of the DC stuff excluding Shazam and Wonder Woman, have skewed grimdark though. Punisher seems like it belongs more at Sony with Venom.
