Apparently Partick Orlando, the founder of DWAC, met with Trump a half a year before DWAC's listing. If the two sat down and came up with a plan to take Trump's company public via a SPAC, and DWAC didn't disclose that info publicly. ... it's a violation of security's law. I'm actually not sure if Trump would be the guilty party, as with lots of things related to Trump, it may be the stooge trying to do business with Trump who gets himself in trouble.

The funniest part of this whole thing to me, when the SPAC was announced, was that Orlando and DWAC are based out of. ... Wuhan, China!
