Oh, BTW, I've been informed that the designation "MAGAT" or any close variation constitutes hate speech because it equates them with worms.

But what would I know, I'm just a libtard.

 

An issue is that MAGAts are a minority. They may be a majority of the Republicans. Or the largest plurality, but they are a minority. However the Democrats can’t run as populists or a majority party, the reason the democrats exist today is to be the voice of the collective minorities. The entire identity of democrats is minority as victim and victim is owed rights and resources. It’s a zero sum game to both parties. Democrats want resources and right and want them taken from non minorities. Aside from white college educated coastal women, LBGTQ+ and African Americans, the minority coalition that democrats want doesn’t really exist. The dictates want Hispanics and Asians but will not allow them power or promote the policies they find important.

Republicans believe that every dollar taken from them funds everything they hate. And every right someone else gets comes at their expense. It’s close to being true.
