Just took my first ride on the backroads of my county. More than a few gates that used to have innocuous sayings like "E-I-E-I-O" now have "No Mandates," "No CRT," "MAGA." All I can do at this point is shake my damned head.

 

We are not that far removed from the bad days. My mom once thought it was funny to tell me the “catch a n—— by the toe” joke. I’m not ancient.
