Sorry, but I hardly recall either of the 2018 or 2020 elections as a "repudiation" of Orange Julius. He lost 40 House seats in 2018 and should have lost 80.

The point is his opposition to relief legislation cited by critics is different from the FEMA relief that Kentucky is receiving. Not only that, but he publicly stated he would support the supplemental relief if the costs were offset by cuts.
