It made me laugh, but damn, did they have to take the gag that far?

The final episode was good, not great. Some of the violence got a bit too cartoonish for my taste.

The "Happy Holidays from Marvel" ... or whatever it said before it started ... was pretty funny.

So we have no idea what the next Disney+ series will be, right?

Rule 1, if you don’t see a body, they are not dead.
Rule 2, even if you see a body…

Correct. It looks like that one, Ms. Marvel, She-Hulk, and Secret Invasion will all come out in 2022 and in that order.

If I remember correctly, Ms. Marvel had been scheduled to be the first of those. There are rumors that Marvel isn't thrilled with what they have seen so far from Iman Vellari, the teenager they chose to play Ms. Marvel even though she has no major acting credits. (Seriously. She's got nothing on her IMDB page except the show and the upcoming Marvels movie.) The sources on that are shaky at best, so hopefully she is good in the role.

Ms. Marvel should be a backbone of the next 10 years. They have a lot riding on her.

I'm not sure they see it that way given the risk they took in their casting choice.

It could be worse, I suppose. Like because of how Hollywood works, I doubt there were a ton of Pakistani-American teenagers even in the bullpen to audition for the role. At least they didn't cast a modern day Breslin or Fanning for it, a la Scarlet Johansson in "Ghost in the Shell."

Terragin mist is pretty much unexplainable. You would have to work in tons of new characters, I’m cool with Kahn as a stand alone. Her character is more about being in high school, her family and how she intertwines these things.

Also, the CGI is probably more manageable power.

I’m not going nuts. Hell, SpiderMan is British in real life.

True. They already made that mistake in casting a white actor to play the Ancient One. I think she is fantastic in the role, but Feige has said he regrets casting Tilda Swinton for that part.

Supposedly, Ms. Marvel's powers are going to work differently in the MCU and they may leave out the Inhuman thing entirely, giving her powers in a different way.
