You should have just sent them a photo of the area where the procedure would be performed.

winner winner ... I report Jan. 10. Probate court.
That's like wills and estates ... right? How often do those go to jury?

Could be interesting. I know too much about wills and estates so I'd be out, most likely. But it could be something big, like the Bowlen kids fighting over the Broncos. It will be a lot of family infighting over who gets what and probably a poorly written will/estate that needs to be figured out. Thought those usually were settled by judges and going to trial doesn't happen all that often.

That's what makes me wonder why it's going to a jury. I guess y'all find out after it's over or I get booted! :)

The one time I was called for federal jury duty it was spelled out that men had to show up in a suit. (I didn't actually have to show.)

I got called 2 times in 26 years in Florida, 0 times in 10 years in North Carolina
Wife got called once in North Carolina but was excused.

If it's going to a jury, by the way, there is a good chance you're going to hear some ugly shit.

First day of possibly being seated, and I was. Called up 14th for a 12-member jury. Details after the verdict.

My jury duty was canceled like half an hour before we were supposed to report, so they couldn't call us. So we had to report and give them our questionnaire and we made $15 for one day's 'work.'
