    According to most sources, he is. The Queen washed her hands of him. He's selling a house in Switzerland or France or somewhere to raise money.

    I don't dispute that at all. I'm sure he's guilty as sin.
    I was just wondering if he'd be willing to drop a dime on royal scandals.
    Maybe he knows about princes under stairs or Edward Albert hanging out in Whitechapel or car crashes in Paris.
