Think I saw Lucinda Williams at Bonnaroo many years ago when I did that sort of thing.

EDIT: It was 2009, the same year as the Beastie Boys' last live performance.

After The Doors, the next best American band ever is and are the Stone Temple Pilots.

Live. This absolutely kicks ass with funk, blues, and horns. Great bassline, lyric, and vocal. One of the best American bands of the 70's.

    Cool photo.

And "Right Now" was the only iconic Van Hagar song.

Someone mentioned Lucinda Williams awhile back -- she just canceled her Feb. 17 show in Madison. Promoter declined to say whether it was COVID related. Six hundred tickets had been sold -- the Barrymore Theater seats less than 1,000.

Maybe I've been under a rock, but I hadn't heard of this guy before. Good stuff.

I was today years old when I learned Doug Kershaw, the Cajun music guy, also did a cover of Subterranean Homesick Blues.
