Yeah, we're really thru the looking glass if that guy is lecturing about what is and isn't sound content.

Later, he includes Chargers coach Brandon Staley as among the "brilliant, young offensive minds" who are trendy head coaching choices.
Except perhaps when he has been a graduate assistant, Staley hasn't coached on the offensive side of the ball.

Like someone else said, I don't read Deadspin (unless something here on SJ.com sends me there). Is every piece there such an unalloyed wet burp as this?

Deadspin is all hot takes and virtue signaling. You may click on the headline thinking you'll being reading a piece on Lamar Jackson, but what Joe Blogger actually wrote about is himself.

Bump for Deadspin-adjacent news - The remaining G/O Media sites (Jezebel, Gizmodo, Kotaku being the most prominent) haven't had fresh content since March 1, when the union members went on strike because management hasn't approved a new contract. G/O responded by running content from Kotaku Australia sites (which have a different workforce) on the U.S. sites, which was sleazy as fuck, and people commented as much. Comments are now disabled on pretty much all of their sites.
