What beer did you love as a college kid or young adult that simply can't be found anymore? Here's my list although this doesn't mean it can't be found period. I just don't see them in my area liquor stores, Total Wine or grocery stores:

    1. Stroh's
    2. Tuborg
    3. Genny Cream Ale

Schmidt’s of Philadelphia. Pretty sure it no longer exists.

Wegmans around these parts sells the Genny, both the cream ale and the regular.

Not sure I'd classify these as beers I really liked, but I remember drinking a decent amount of Killians and Pete's Wicked Ale in college and just after but I don't see either around in stores very much, if at all.

If memory serves, it was absorbed by another company, also named “Schmidt’s,” that was based in the Midwest somewhere. Same name, drastically different product.

My parents drank Stroh's a million years ago.

Once distributed by Miller Brewing Company.

People thought these were a joke but I've had one before.

Leinenkugel stopped making Sunset Wheat a couple of years ago. That was my go-to.

We used to have a bad beer night/bad movie night in kollege. Great for fellowship. The Murderer's Row at the time was Meisterbrau, Rhinelander and Falstaff.

Beers I remember as a kid that I haven't seen in years (with Stroh's already mentioned):

    Falstaff
    Burgermeister
    Olympia
    Hamm's

Little King's Cream Ale (although a quick search tells me I could still get it in Murphy, NC or Bowling Green, KY)

    Lowenbrau

Spent a decent amount of time around Spokane when I used to cover Big Sky hoops in the day. Drank plenty of Olympia (it's the water!) and Rainier, which we jokingly dubbed "Vitamin R."

Tuborg is available here in Ontario, imported from Denmark. My brother-in-law is a big fan.

Olympia is the first one I thought of in the US. Killian's was the first red ale I ever had and I have been a huge fan of that type of beer ever since although it has been decades since I had one of those. Guy I know said he saw Killian's in Ohio while his son was there at a baseball tournament.

Beers I don't see in my part of Canuckistan:

    Charrington Toby
    Molson Brador
    O'Keefe Ale
