Bengals-Rams: Running Super Bowl LVI thread

Every single performer at the Super Bowl in the past 30 years has done it as a cash grab. FFS, the Stones took the money.
But any pretense of rebellion these performers want to portray disappeared with this Up With People Rap Show. But if Eminem thinks taking a symbolic knee is edgy, he's as much of a pussy as Kid Rock. He had a live mic for a billion people world wide, and he took the cash.
They paid to do it.

The Rams won the Super Bowl.

Yeah, but he was saying the Rams were the best team in the NFC and the Bengals were fortunate not to lose their wild card game. I'm pointing out that the Rams caught a couple of breaks to get there as well.

I spent about 20 minutes of halftime getting some walking in on my treadmill and kept the show on as background noise. I found myself even walking to the beat a couple of times. The music isn't what I'm into, but I'm good with anyone else liking the show.

Live and let live.

The NFL video game spot was mostly a rehash of the "banquet" spot from a few years back - though I loved Andy Reid studying his play card in the pool

And the Rams committed an epic choke job against Tampa before the Bucs blew a coverage. They also had to rally from 10 down at home in the fourth quarter against the 49ers.
Both of these teams were a couple of plays away from going out way earlier than the Super Bowl.

Agreed, but even with the epic choke job where the Rams made at least 4 brutal plays which cost them points (especially the first Akers fumble and the snap over Stafford's head), and with a kicker who put an extremely makeable FG short, they still were tied at going into the last drive. They were far superior to the Bucs that day and I thought played very well against a good 49ers team.
