    At one of the papers around here, they apparently brought in some guy to teach reporters on how to “interview” pets. And Gatehouse wonders why it went broke.

    “Puppies!”

    Sincere, yes, but I'm not giving this a pass: We publish a lot of content on a lot of platforms every day, so mistakes are inevitable.

    I bet the old Plain Dealer, with a full staff including plenty of copy editors, actually could go days or weeks at a time without massive mistakes despite publishing a lot of content.
