Saw it this morning. That's my review. Really liked individual parts and sscenes. The Heaven's Gate run-time not so much.

One part I did really chuckle at, though.
When Batman and Gordon took time out from interrogating the Penguin to Google the various Spanish translations of "flying rat."

Scream. They really need to stop making these. Like three ago.

The Scream writers -- what's the dumbest thing we can have this person do? Think of something dumber.

I enjoyed The Batman. The visuals and atmospheric feel were cool. Enjoued Catwoman, Gordon, and Batman, 8in that order. Batman pretty much lost, right?

Exactly, some good stuff but damn way too many scenes that didn’t really advance story. Really like brooding Batman.

Ghostbusters ... late last night on AMC.

Fell asleep when it originally came out in theatres. Decided to give it another shot after reading Harold Ramis's daughter's book.

All these years later, I still found the film boring, especially the beginning. The pace certainly picked up later. Interesting to discover the asshole of the Die Hard flicks was in this one, as well.

Murray's lines felt contrived. Ackroyd was OK. Ramis seemed stifled. The special effects did nothing for me. Still don't get what the fascination is with this flick. I realize I'm likely in the minority on this assessment.

Saw The Batman with my son yesterday. Was a pretty damned good detective flick. Loved the use of "Something in the Way" in the beginning. Wish they hadn't used it again at the end.

You think it would be OK for an 8-year-old?

I honestly think it might be too scary for him or her. Only one F-word that I can remember and no nudity. But it's a dark movie that's frightening at times.

Licorice Pizza. At last! A film about the male gaze!

Free Guy was fun. Loved the Stranger Things connections.

Stranger Things connections? Must not have been paying attention, other than Joe Keery being in it…
