Any number of distinguished American political scientists have taken to Twitter today to say the following. 1. Boy, many of these Republicans are racist scumbuckets. 2. That doesn't matter, voters will massacre the Democrats in the midterms because they don't care what the parties think, they only care that their lives aren't perfect. Our country sucks because our citizens do.
Let me add that it might make things clearer if Democratic Senators stopped with the courtesy and started calling racist scumbuckets what they are on TV. But that's beyond them. Look at Dick Durbin. His shoulders are slumped in the perpetual anticipation of a defeat.

Reminds me of the line someone said: "Why do people take an instant disliking to Ted Cruz? Saves time."

1). Does Hat Man assume that every nominee is asked for their LSAT scores and has provided it.

2). If not, why is anyone asking her and if this is something every nominee should be asked, why start with her?

3). Every single lawyer who has spoken about this has said law firms do not ask applicants for LSAT scores. Is this not true?

4). Why does what she accomplished at Harvard Law not prove she belonged there, regardless of LSAT scores?

He doesn’t seem very concerned that Clarence Thomas is an affirmative action admitted to Yale Law School. And Raphael Cruz is an affirmative action admittee of Harvard

Does what she accomplished at Harvard Law prove she belonged regardless of LSAT scores? Is there a hole in my logic when I say that?
