    It really begs the question if he was deciding cases based on if or how it helped his wife. An investigation is warranted.

    Thomas was the lone dissent in the case which resulted in these emails eventually becoming public, an act of flagrant arrogance, not to mention stupidity. Of course he ruled for his wife, early and often I'm betting. There will be no investigation. Supreme Court Justices are exempt from the federal judicial code of ethics.
