"Don't ask about the one thing that made this night interesting and historic and an Academy Awards show people will be talking about for the next 30 years."

The Oscars have practically turned into Comedy Central Roasts in, and maybe, just maybe, the stars are tired of being shit on by comedians on their night to celebrate what they do. I'm not defending Will Smith, but it really is a strange concept: Here's a celebration of the movies and now here's your host to make fun of it all.

    Liza got brined out?

Is she a holiday turkey, or is she a Southern road that governments lazily and futilely try to treat in winter weather without plowing?

Chris Rock crossed the line and quite actually should've gotten his jaw broken. I'd have accepted the Buddy Love treatment in "Nutty Professor".

    1. I hope everyone here -- especially the journalists -- sees why Will Smith assaulting Chris Rock is an attack on free speech and the American way of life.

FUCK that fucking fucker. And fuck the craven Oscars for allowing him to get on stage later. Piece of shit.

Harris is right about all of it. The dance of death was…bizarre…so was the frisking of Brolin.

That was a strange night. Reality TV. Embarrassing.
