    Don’t you dare attack my Meijer! That was my first exposure to the whole superstore thing — we visited family near Detroit and we didn’t have Walmart yet in our neck of the woods. It holds a very special place in my heart.

    I haven't been directly or personally exposed to transgender issues much, so there's some ignorance and general lack of knowledge, to be sure, but I'm going to admit that I've never seen or heard of the non-gendered prefix Mx. before.

    I learn something every day around here.
