Just finished the first episode of Moon Knight. Oscar Isaac is excellent. The way the show plays with point-of-view in its depiction of the main character's condition is really interesting.

It was decent. I had a hard time getting my daughter to buy in.

She was convinced Isaac was talking in an American accent on the flip phone.

The character looks awesome. The costume looks great, which is important to a teenager.

Was Moon Knight brought in to eventually fight Mephesito?

This assumes they are ever really going to bring in Mephisto. If they borrowed the more recent storyline from the comics, that could get interesting. The first episode showed us that Moon Knight is a badass without actually showing that much of him being a badass, which I think was a pretty cool way into the story.

I restarted my Marvel comic app and I was reading a series where Dr. Strange did something to bring Mephisto into the regular world, and Wong needed heroes who had a little dead in them.

Honestly, I’d just rather stick with Kang as the big bad for the next few years.

Saw Morbius. Solid meh. Even the extra scenes are meh.

The extras move a chess piece, and it seems like Spidey will will be taking on a host of big baddies in the next flick.

Spider Man is the only reason this movie exists. They could have spent five minutes in the next Spider Man edition giving who he is as a villain. No one was asking for a standalone Morbius movie

Tickets for Dr. Strange and the Multiverse of Madness today. I got mine, so I don't have to avoid pretty much the entire internet and many, many people for very long.

There is also a new teaser trailer out today, complete with two little surprises (but not really.)

Ha - I didn't see Spiderman until March, and outside of knowing that all three would be in the movie, I managed to avoid the spoilers. For Dr. Strange 2, I'll probably just have to avoid the spoils until the second weekend.

Headline I saw read something like, “I didn’t know it was possible to make comic book movies this bad anymore.” Yikes.

Someone I know works at Disney and got to see a screening of The Marvels. It was very unfinished, but he said what is there is really, really good. He can’t wait for the finished version.
