Sounds like retaliation for something that happened earlier in the race. Certainly not condoning this action, but if there was an earlier one not caught on video then it's likely both kids will face charges.

I actually went online and looked at other stories from actual media sources, which indicated that there may have been an earlier confrontation or physical exchange between the two. So as I said, both maybe facing charges of some sort. At no point did I say that was not assault.

I see that I did not mention that in the first post. But no, I didn't just make s*** up.
