Had same experience as Mr. Gee a few months back. They at least required proof of vaccination everywhere in Manhattan (Upper East Side), even if they didn’t require you to keep them on when not drinking/eating, but jammed places on Staten Island DGAF.

Took a quick read through Feigl-Doom's feed and yep, he's calling for a boycott of all airlines and generally stoking panic again.

The NYT newsletter this morning seems to have a more reasoned take:

 

It’s my morning to head into the office. Got to the subway and there might — might — be half of the folks wearing masks in the station. I’ll continue to be one of the sheeple and wear, for now.

Edit: Much higher percentage wearing them on the train, at least on my car. I feel slightly better.
