Fascinating play. 2MCM has a track record of breaking NASCAR news (at least to me via DM!), so take his word.

BMS is located in Sullivan County, a top-10 in the state in terms of population. It used to be that the race track had a lager population than the county when the green flag dropped. Now, it looks like you could buy a ticket and stretch out.
I say that as someone who remembers the grand old days of concrete grandstands.

So NASCAR is making it up as it goes along? No idea that dirt might be a problem in the grills?

There’s a reason why some people think it’s rasslin’ on wheels.

Holy cow. NASCAR truly is making this up. They have different rules for this race than others. The field is frozen if it doesn't restart, but if it does, cars change spots?

At times the rule book appears written in pencil or crayon.

They didn't used to race on Easter or Mother's Day. Karma.

That's about as interesting and unlikely of a finish as you'll get.

Wasn't as fun of a race to watch as I was hoping, extra disappointed to hear Waltrip on the broadcast, but then again - it was like that annoying relative you only see during the holidays so you are kind of able to put up with it.

I don’t get the DW hate. He is what he is. The part I saw, it seemed like it was the Clint Bowyer show.

I don't hate him - I just think he's "fake" on the air, I'd love to hear what he really thinks about NASCAR, but he's such a cheerleader on the air.
