I know nothing about military maneuvers, but is it noteworthy that Putin has yet to claim his klan is a victim of an attack? Isn't victimization the card the Trumpist alliance plays at every turn -- whether the language originates from Tallahassee, Fla., or the studios of Fox News in NYC?
