I don't think the purpose of this suit is to get that judge to throw her off the ballot at all. It's to get her to stupidify herself into perjury, a criminal indictment that would be much more likely to accomplish that purpose.

I hope that she did perjure herself at some point today. The J6 comm has testimony from 900 witnesses and a million documents, and if any of her answers don't match she's got trouble. J6 gets a crack at her next.
