He looks like he needs to run to the bathroom really badly, but, afraid he's not going to get there in time, is instead trying not to move, and hoping he doesn't poop in his pants.

Or, maybe he was poisoned...That's kind of what I'd envision that looking like, at a certain stage.

I watched a little bit of that and I was watching his right hand, and I'm wondering if he's suffering from vertigo. He seems to be hanging on as opposed to just resting his hand there.
