Which begs the question: Why hasn't Disney filed action in this case citing the First Amendment?

What claim is it I can't support (or haven't supported)? I mean, sure, you can wave your arm and say "That doesn't count" and then waddle off triumphantly, but anybody can play that game. But if that'll make you happy, I'm all for it. So. Here is my concession statement ...

"There has never been an instance of what I referred to that @outofplace would agree is an instance of what I referred to."

    Happy?

It raises the question, it doesn't beg it.

Exactly how many signed confession letters and smoking guns does the DOJ need before perp walking some big names?

Interesting question here, maybe for the other thread. Do preachers like Graham start square and eventually go bad? Or are they running a con from the beginning?

So maybe he's hiding the real good stuff that took place 12/9-20?

I'd imagine it's because there is a dance going on. They wrote the law so that it doesn't effect for another 14 months. Who knows what was going on behind the scenes as they passed it and what is going on behind the scenes right now. It probably makes way more sense from their perspective to negotiate right now, than it does to sue.
