Running MCU thread

Does not disappoint.

 

Looks good to me. I was wondering about the look of Mighty Thor (Jane Foster), but that first glimpse of her was good.

 

Well that Moon Knight episode was pretty awesome.

 

WTF? lol

 

I’m still trying to sort it out.

I just know that hippo is a big deal.

 

Yeah. I had to look that one up. I also found that Steven mentioned Taweret when sorting through some stuffed dolls in her likeness earlier in the series, which was a nice touch.

 

Moon Knight is certainly a departure from the rest of the MCU in some ways while still continuing their love of origin stories. I thought the fifth episode was very good, but it leaves a lot of work to be done in the finale next week.

 

I missed the first two eps so I’ve decided to wait and watch them all. No worries on spoilers on my account.

 

I will have to rewatch to understand everything that is happening. There’s a lot to process in this show.

Last episode was great.

 

Yeah, both these last two episodes have been great.

Maybe it's because my expectations were low, and we're not at the finish line just yet, but this may be my favorite of the Marvel series. A really nice surprise, even if we're not quite true to the comic book version.

 

So excited to see this next week. Watch closely for some fun variants.
