White Christian Nationalism doesn’t have to rely on being supported by a majority of the country. In fact that’s rather the point of the damn thing. Any decline in numbers is written off as the “unbelievers” who weren’t meant to be saved anyway and at the same time serve as grievance porn to stoke fear of the Evangelical version of “great replacement” theory. There’s a certain point of population loss that makes it all unsustainable but I posit that we are a long damn ways away from that.
