I rooted for the TWolves only to make the Grizz expend more energy but damn the TWolves play undisciplined basketball; all 1-1 and more contested 3s with time left on shot clock than any other team, hell even Beverley thought he should just hoist and get his turns. Plus D’Angelo is the most overpaid player bar none. He’s terrible at solid plays and zero D, none. At nearly $28M per year!!

CP3 vs. Doncic should be tasty. Definitely a potential for a torch to be passed.

Because Rivers could have controlled this.

Embiid was playing with an assortment of injuries including torn ligaments in his thumb, and he's clearly playing in a lot of pain. Embiid should be off the floor and resting any opportunity they get. There's a hell of a lot of time left in the playoffs and he was already struggling.

If we're talking about some other key player like Harden I'd be less critical (though up 29 it should be five guys you've never heard of on the floor). But Embiid? Having injured Embiid on the floor in garbage time is malpractice.

It's the distance of time and haze of age, but I can't remember. I can hear it coming from him, Eisen, or Patrick.
