    This is going to be opening up again, soon. The recently hired guy quit in a fit of rage because he was “over” covering HS sports and wanted to be the feature writer for the entire paper. When he was told no, he quit via text.

    So expect a new job listing about this soon.

    It seems like a weird request by the guy -- he has been in sports as a beat reporter so it's not like he wouldn't be used to it but to suddenly want to go in a completely different direction?
