Funny thing, I received a text from a realtor wanting to know if I would sell my condo. Not unusual to get that here at the beach in South Carolina. Also not unusual was his response...Thanks and have a blessed day. (down here it is very trumpy and everyone is blessed) So, I finally decided to start saying what I really want to say (type) in response. Thank you and you have a great secular day! Hopefully, I will have the nerve to say it in person. I don't really think it will cause anyone to think about how they "impose" their bible on anyone but, it will probably be a new experience for them. (not that they are "imposing" in a strongly negative way, I couldn't thing of a better term for the situation)

Somewhat different, but it has become insanely common for me to get post cards and spam calls on my cell asking if I want to sell my house. I don't know if it is simply that the area has become more desirable or that hedge funds are buying up houses, but I'm to the point that when someone calls me and starts the pitch I snarl at them "No, I don't want to sell it, and take me off your damn list!" Tired of it.

The person who had my number before me - years ago - apparently owns several houses in NC and FL and I get multiple calls/texts daily asking for her and about selling the houses. It’s beyond annoying.

Yep. If it were a few, only happened once in a while, it wouldn't be a big deal. Between the mailers and the phone calls, I get several every week and after a while it does indeed get "beyond annoying". I used to call the people sending the cards and ask them to take me off the computer list, but they never bother to do it.
