I think you're onto something, Turkey is most likely looking for that sweetener from the U.S.

 

Due to medical issues, my wife couldn't make breastmilk, so we used formula. Of course, my daughter was extremely sensitive and we had to buy alimentum, which is one of the more expensive formulas.
