Good point I failed to mention i.e. the posts and, yes, 13-0 in OT is crazy. Combination of Colorado speed and the long change caused St. Louis serious problems.

It wasn't too long ago that the Diamondbacks removed fans wearing Dodgers gear who were sitting behind the plate. I don't remember all the specifics.

It does bother me a little bit when visiting fans outnumber Ducks fans at Honda Center, which is almost a nightly occurrence. Nothing I can do about it. It's gonna take the Ducks winning some games to draw more fans. The place was electric during their playoff runs in the 20-teens.

Way back in the glory days of 2018 when the Caps played for (AND WON) the Cup before turning back into the Capkins (four straight first-round losses, seven total playoff victories, we'll always have 2018), a friend of my son went to two games in Las Vegas. Airfare, hotel and tickets were cheaper than he could get tickets for the games in DC.

My son had tickets for the first two home playoff games that year, a pair of OT losses to Columbus. He wasn't allowed to go back. I was in DC for the three losses to Tampa (daughter's wedding, I had no choice) and they won Games 6 and 7 after I went home. I wasn't allowed in the DC area for the final.

There are guys who can’t be referred to by only their last name
When I was a kid, every announcer called him Chico Maki, never Maki
    Now it’s Kaapa Kakko

So Calgary goes on a power play and the only way you’d know it is by counting the players. Oilers on the power play and ESPN haS an icon that says power play but no time left. Would it kill the four letter to be consistent and to have a clock?

Didn't want to confuse him with his brother Wayne Maki?

I have so much trouble with his name for some reason. He's sometimes Kakko Kaapo.

I dunno why you made me think of this, but Boone Jenner on Columbus is never just Jenner, he's always Boone Jenner when Sam Rosen (Rangers announouncer) refers to him. Early in his career, I didn't realize his first name was Boone, I thought it was some guy whose last name is Boonejenner.

Preds scored nine goals in four games against the Avs. Flames scored nine goals in one game against the Oilers. What a weird game.

9-6? Did the Smythe playoffs come back and no one told me? Did they pull Fuhr?

And the Rangers couldn't hit a wide open net (talking about Kaako in the third period).

Seriously, they let one get away.

Anti Raanta was amazing last night. He kept them in it, the Rangers sat back and let themselves get on their heels, and phhfff.
